50,000 KANJI?!?! O.o; Wow, now that’s scary!

‘tis the estimate of how many characters exist in Japanese.

Thankfully I found out I only need to learn about 2,000 of those, since only 2,000 or so are common. That and I have been told to learn hiragana and katakana first as it’s what the little school kiddies in Japan are taught first, too. And hiragana sounds useful beyond all reasoning since when you forget or don’t know the kanji characters for a word, you can write it in hiragana phonetically. Hiragana, I love you. Okay, that must have just sounded weird… moving on.

1:00am… Wtf am I doing awake? Well, it is April vacation so I guess staying up late is only natural. Ugh, I can’t wait til the summer. I’ll have plenty of free time to learn Japanese without much worry. I’ve plans to hang with friends on Saturday. Huzzah! I want to draw… I miss drawing… *Sulks in her emo corner.* I think… I think I try to do too much all at once. Maybe I should just take things one at a time? Perhaps…

I’m thinking of giving up roleplaying on myspace, despite how many people I enjoy rping with there. But the fact I met Yu-chan through myspace makes me think otherwise. Because y’know I would’ve never met her, right? Or well, maybe through here the D. Gray-man yaoi community *cough cough*, but still… I doubt we would’ve talked as much as we do on msn. ^^;; Rp creates wonders. 

Okay, enough talk from me. I’mma go do something. Probably surf some art websites and read yaoi pr0n. Har, har. I can’t wait for my Lavi and Yu chibi figurines… ;_; They’ll be coming in the mail soon. Joy~♥
